The paperwork all checked out which was a relief, especially DBS - considering we are welcoming the company into our home. The cleaning was thorough, the lady arrived on time and was hardworking!! Attention to detail was great. Very pleased and certainly recommend them highly.

Lou visits with a bag of magic, and cleans all areas of the studio from the office, bathroom to the kitchen, seating area and dance studio. It always looks brand new and I love that it is all eco friendly products used and they smell amazing. I have been using done and dusted for over 6 years, and use them not only for the studio but my home address and for any tenancy cleans I need with properties I let. I highly recommend Lou and her team.

Lou has been cleaning for me for approximately the last 4 months.

She comes when I’m at work so I come to a sparkling clean house which is great for about 5 mins before the kids trash the place!! She’s also really flexible and will change my day for example during half term if I’m off work with the kids.

If I ever need anything extra doing like cleaning the carpets I just drop her a message and that’s added on to my usual clean.

Overall she provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend her.

Lou responded to our last minute, last date available, after delay with our build completion. She was able to attend on the Sunday before Christmas which was fantastic. She did not have her usual staff members with her, but came with her teenage daughter and between them they managed to do all we asked of them. Remove dust and clean out all the new kitchen units and wash kitchen floors. (No cleaning of any appliances was required). Clean interior of windows. Vacuum all areas. Mop all areas. There were no carpets fitted, so boards had to be mopped. (We did not ask for any bathroom cleaning) except WC and basin in cloakroom. Everything looked lovely, clean and smelled fresh when they departed. Lou is very hard working and shows a cheerful nature. She's obviously a very proud owner of her business. Thank you so much Lou and Rhianna. We hope you had a lovely Christmas and wish you continued success in 2022.

Tenancy Clean - December 5, 2023 A colleague referred me to this cleaning service for a tenancy clean after the company used before we moved in had not done a great job. Their professionalism and dedication were evident from the start. The place looked impeccable after they finished, and the landlord was highly impressed. I plan to continue using their services so I can concentrate on other things. Lou was brilliant, she talked us through how they would do things and was at the end of the phone if needed. Bev and Rhiannon worked very hard and seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

But their after-build clean was impeccable! They meticulously removed every trace of dust and plaster, turning chaos into absolute cleanliness. It is a large property so was expecting 3 to 4 days, the team did it in 2, Phil, Rhiannon, Claire and Louise did an amazing job. It was mostly done in one day with the second day just getting the last remnants of dust that scatters about as you move. They resolved all the post-construction issues, ensuring I was completely satisfied. I could see out of the windows and see the reflections in the stone floors. Their dedication led me to to tell everyone at our housewarming so I hope you get more work. Maybe in the new year we can book you monthly to help us keep on top.
