If you don't want perfectly good clothes and toys to go to waste, we have a number of contacts within family and other charities and we endeavour to find good homes for your decluttered items keeping them out of landfill if we can.

Monday -Friday (4 hours only). 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Term time only £160 (4hrs)
House Sitting
One hour daily visits while you are on vacation. Provide a variety of chores from picking up mail, watering plants, feeding pets, walking dogs, and opening and closing windows to circulate fresh air. Option to add additional hours and split into two visits a day so lights can be turned on or off, Please ask for more details or discuss overnight stays. Prices from £20 per hour or overnight stay from £49 per night.
Decluttering Services
One hour consultation In-House where one of our team will assess your space and work out with you an action plan. Prices start from £80 per hour depending on what is required, such as skip hire, removals, waste licenses, or biohazard services. Minimum of 12 hours required, and a deep clean service may be advisable after.
Dog Walking
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 6.00 pm. We will only walk your pet or pets no pack walking. Price is from £14 per 30 minutes per pet. Can add onto your regular cleaning visit, or book for several walks a day or week. Our staff are all DBS checked and insured.
Monthly Suscription
Spread the cost of all our additional services and have them booked in ready for when needed, there will be no need to remember to book as it will be here on our system and assigned the correct team member for the job from ovens, carpets and windows to Gutters and uPVC cleaning. We will work it out and apply the 10% discount and set up your monthly standing order.

Bank Holidays
We do not open on bank holidays for domestic cleaning.
commercial Cleaning will be charged time and a half.
Our Cleaning Products
We will supply all necessary cleaning products for clients' homes and commercial properties. This ensures that we use the correct products for the wide variety of surfaces (wood, slate, marble, tile, and other materials.) that your home may have. Our commercial grade environmentally friendly products will help cleaning your homes professionally. You will need to have a broom, dustpan and brush set and a good vacuum cleaner in working order. These will be green cleaning products; will be biodegradable and cruelty-free where possible. PLEASE NOTE: We will not provide bleach, it doesn't have any cleaning qualities, it just bleaches what is there meaning cleaning will be required more often and it damages our waterways, aquatic life and has serious health implications to our staff and clients.

For all our clients who are working from home, we can work around your schedule to help keep your home and your working environment clean and healthy.
As working from home has become the new normal for many of us, we know you and your family are spending even more time in your home. Naturally you are using every inch of space to work, eat, sleep, play and live. We’ve never spent as much time in our homes as we do since the pandemic started. If you are finding it even more of a challenge to set aside the time to thoroughly clean your home, we’re here to help. We can plan around your new working schedule to reduce any disruption to you and your family so that you can live and work in a clean and healthy environment.
How do our cleans differ for our working from home clients?
You will always receive the same professional high level of service and our step-by-step colour coded cleaning system will always be used to ensure all of our teams are cleaning to our expected cleaning standards. We will use our professional disinfectant and cleaners to thoroughly clean and sanitise your homes.
Why do we charge from a base rate and not hourly?
As an eco-cleaning company, Done & Dusted takes pride in delivering efficient and thorough cleaning services that don't harm the environment. Our cleaning technique follows a step-by-step, color-coded process, and we offer additional training to our staff as needed. We even have a private social group and app with certified training courses to ensure our team is always up-to-date on the latest cleaning techniques and best practices.
We do not charge per hour because we understand that running a cleaning business entails a lot of costs beyond just the hourly rate of our cleaners. We invest in finding honest and reliable cleaners, including recruiting costs, interviews, and background checks. Additionally, we have company expenses such as accountants, HR, H&S, uniforms, software, carbon offsetting, charitable costs, advertising, insurance, taxes, DBS checks, training, marketing, cleaning products, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
Our founder and director, Lou, has over 20 years of experience in cleaning and has trained our staff on how to clean different surfaces and materials with ecolabel approved, biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for the environment, children, vulnerable adults, and pets.
We also take care of our team by recognising their hard work and offering rewards and employee benefits after completing a 6-month trial period.
As members of trade organizations like the DCBN, the Good Business Charter, and the FSB, we prioritise keeping our clients safe and satisfied.
