Refund Policy

Products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that they comply with this policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods.  

We charge a restocking fee of £12, this will be subtracted from the refund. 

If a promotional discount was applied to your order, the same discount will be applied when calculating your refund, such that the amount refunded will reflect the actual price you paid for the goods.

If a complimentary gift was issued with your purchase, this must also be returned with your goods.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including, where applicable, your right to cancel an order placed on the Website within 14 days of receipt of your order and your rights in respect of faulty or defective goods. For more information on your statutory rights, we recommend that you contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. 

 If you would like to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of this decision by a clear statement, including your name, address, contact details and details of the order you wish to cancel. You can cancel your order by contacting us at [email protected]

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed/emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Returns informations

You have up to 14 days to return an item. Please note items must be returned to us in their original condition.

The Shipping costs you paid for your order will not be refunded on your original payment method. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us.

Complimentary returns with DPD or Royal Mail

  • By sending us the request by email to [email protected], we can provide you with a DPD or Royal Mail return label. Attach the return label sent to you, to your parcel (ensuring any old labels are removed) and drop your parcel to the closest DPD drop off point 

Return using your own postage

  1. Take your sealed box or bag containing the item(s) to be returned to your nearest Post Office or courier company.
  2. Post your parcel (using recorded delivery with Royal mail )to the below address : 36 Furness Road, Morden, merton SM4 6PR United Kingdom
  3. Retain proof of postage.

Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Services

Monthly payments will only be partially refunded if the Client does not require cleaning services for all consecutive weeks and understands that this can take up to 60 days to be repaid or can be deducted from the next months invoice.

We do not refund for any complaint, if a clean has been less than satisfactory it will need to be reported to us within 24 hours, we will arrange for the cleaning technician/team to return within 24 hours(sometimes Longer if we are fully booked or during busy periods) and clean areas that have not been completed appropriately.

If the team are unable to return we will offer you an alternative technician or team, if we offer you three different options and all are refused we will take the job as complete and will no longer organise any re-clean and close the complaint.

The client will need to be at the re-clean throughout the clean and complete our Survey to agree that the cleaning technician has completed the re-clean.

The client understand we reserve the right to terminate our services and refuse to re-clean should we feel that there is no reason., or refuse to allow us to carry out the offer.
