These prices are a guide, and your quote will depend on what we see during our walkthrough. The final quote will be affected if the property is in poor condition or larger than average. We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable and cruelty-free cleaning products. Our highly trained staff know how to properly clean at the end or start of a tenancy contract. Terms and Conditions apply. A deposit of 50% is required to book, with the remaining due 48 hours before. We will talk about any additional fees before we do more work. Please note that cleaning of carpets and white goods is not included. Prices are based on premises of average size and reasonable condition. Additional rooms or jobs are listed as extras.
