We don’t believe in zero-hour contracts because we know to be great at your job, you need to trust that you’ll be looked after if the going gets tough.

We provide environmentally friendly, carbon-neutral cleaning and ironing services for the home, HMOs, Public Houses, and other small commercial properties and are looking for reliable hardworking people to join our team in Morden, Sutton, Cheam, Carshalton, and surrounding areas.

If you are a skilled cleaner (not essential as training will be given) who is hard-working, reliable, trustworthy, professional, and genuinely cares about the job at hand, this could be for you! We’re not just about the ironing and cleaning, it is about getting to know the client. A couple of minutes for each visit can mean the world to them. Keep it professional and go the extra mile, will see you as a favourite cleaner to book.

We have part-time, full-time and relief hours available and can build your hours once you start if you so wish to have more.

You will get training at the start of your journey with us and a monthly get-together to cover anything you are struggling with. We offer courses should you wish to learn first aid, health and safety, and fire safety.

We will cover you on our insurance policy.

We ensure a diverse and inclusive environment, for our staff, contractors, and clients.

Possibility of an offer of employment after your six-month trial if you choose to go self-employed to start with.

No uniforms until employed by us but we expect you to look respectable.

We pay monthly on the 5th of the month for all our staff and sub-contractors into your chosen bank account.

The minimum cleaning session is 2 hours. Elderly befriending, dog walking is a minimum of one hour.

Starting salary is from £12 per hour.

We need someone who preferably has a full U.K. driving license, a vehicle, a good understanding of English, is approachable and is eligible to work in the U.K.!

  • Willing to clean the Done & Dusted way.
  • Must show to monthly training meetings held on the first Tuesday of every month.
  • Must be polite
  • Must be reliable (if you don't show our clients go elsewhere!)
  • Excellent timekeeping.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Will need to download apps required to clock in and out, take before and after photo's

Schedule:

Any day between Monday to Sunday between 6 am - 6 pm, not more than 8 hours worked per day for domestic jobs and around commercial clients. Hours worked are cleaning time and do not include travel or breaks. Those who drive and register the vehicle with us will get a mileage allowance of 45 pence per mile from the first job of the day to each consecutive job.

Preferred but not essential:

A good understanding of English so there is no barrier to recruitment, training, and communication with clients.

We have been using masks and gloves in clients’ homes if they ask us to.

We have a guide on hand-washing rules on arrival between and before leaving each job.

Must pay for your DBS and ID check at the interview; this will be refunded if we offer you employment after your six-month trial period.
