After-Build Cleaning
After-build, cleaning prices are based on a home of average size and condition after renovations are complete.
Some build cleans are mainly dust, whereas others remove paint from fixtures and fittings and remove plaster from areas it shouldn't be.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due 48 hours before the cleaning.
Prices are based on;
- A single bathroom/WC
- Kitchen and
- Living room of average size
Cleaning times may vary.
Prices from £45 per hour.
Additional rooms or jobs are listed as extras.
