These prices are a guide, and your quote will depend on what we see during our walkthrough.  

The final quote may change, if the property is in poor condition or larger than average.

We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable and cruelty-free cleaning products. 

Our highly trained staff know how to properly clean at the end or start of a tenancy contract. Terms and Conditions apply. 

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due 48 hours before the cleaning. 

Prices start from £35 per hour and are based on;

• A single bathroom/WC
• Kitchen, and
• Living room of average size and reasonable condition

Additional rooms or jobs are listed as extras.
