Our Elderly Befriending Service is designed to provide crucial support and companionship to seniors in our community. 

Service Details

At Home Service is available at a rate of £22 per hour. Each visit is a minimum of 2 hours.

Options for scheduling visits

• Fortnightly
• Weekly
• Or more frequently according to your needs 

Cleaning

We offer comprehensive domestic housework services, including;

• Vacuuming
• Dusting
• Polishing
• Changing bed linen
• Ironing 
• Mopping and more. 

Shopping

Our dedicated team can take care of regular grocery shopping or pick up small items as needed. We'll collect your shopping list and funds, complete the shopping, and even help put everything away. 

Meal Preparation

We can prepare lunch for you and help you with light meal prep for dinner, especially if it's close to your dinner time.

Companionship, Respite and Sitting Service

Our compassionate team are here to provide;

• Friendship
• Engage in conversations
• Share a meal
• Play games
• Read
• Or be there as a comforting company

While we cannot provide medical assistance in case of a fall, we will immediately notify your next of kin or call for an ambulance if needed. 

Our team can further assist in arranging appointments and organising paperwork.

ELDERLY BEFRIENDING MULTI-VISIT CLEAN

Multiple visits to clean are a weekly service; prices are based on a home of average size and reasonable condition and do not include conservatories or tidying up. 

Prices are for 2 to 3 cleans per week; further discounts can be applied if more than three visits are required per week. 

Prices start from £22 per hour.

£30 per hour will be applicable should our cleaners need to de-clutter and tidy before they can clean. 

Times will vary depending on your home. Cleans can take longer in the winter if homes are cluttered, in poor condition or untidy. 

Getting Started

Someone from our team will conduct a home assessment before we begin. This assessment helps us understand your specific needs and preferences, including the tasks you need help with and your preferred days and times for visits. 

At the end of the assessment, we will fill out a direct debit form for your convenience. 

You will receive a monthly invoice for our services and we ask for a debit card to be saved to your client hub, so that we can invoice and charge after each visit.
